Papermaking

Papermaking with Milli

Milli Flaig-Hooper is a creative artist with a unique flair for turning sheets of unwanted paper into amazing, award-winning art.  In this workshop, Milli and her assistant will work as a team to deliver a creative and rewarding experience for participants.

Following Milli's demonstrations, you will learn about the various ways that paper is recycled in her studio and her many options for repurposing paper.  Participants will have time to make their own recycled sheets of paper and/or create a personal art piece using samples from Milli’s "bin of bits."   Be prepared to have lots of fun with paper!   This workshop is available to students (kindergarten and up), families, birthday gatherings and art lovers.
