Ainslie Davis

Ainslie Davis has been doing art in a variety of media over many years. She is predominantly a painter using acrylics on canvas, but also likes to create with any media that is at hand, including, clay, printmaking, digital, drawing media, resin or clay for jewelry-making, photography and elements of nature.
She has made a living teaching, and has taught every level k-12, mostly in the Manitoba north.
Her studio, Sweet Moon Studio, is located in Sandy Hook, on highway 9, 15 minutes south of Gimli, and just north of Winnipeg Beach. This is her
workspace in the summer. In winter, when not teaching, she paints in her home in Sandy Hook or in her house in Gimli where she sometimes teaches art as well.
