Gary is a self taught Metis artist who has been carving wood for over 35 years. From 2000lb logs to small intricate pieces he harvests almost all of his own wood.
Greg’s interest in bird carving evolved from a lifelong interest in creative wood projects. His bird sculptures are carved from basswood, a wood native to southern Manitoba.
