Photographer Stephanie Sutton invites visitors into a world shaped by light, landscape, and discovery. Based in Whytewold along the shores of Lake Winnipeg, Stephanie is known for capturing the ever-changing beauty of the iconic Dunnottar Piers, sweeping panoramic lake views, northern lights, wildlife, and quiet moments in nature both close to home and abroad. Her collections reflect a deep curiosity about place — from macro studies of plants to photographs taken along Japan’s historic Nakasendo trail and the vibrant streets of Vietnam and Europe. Visitors to Stephanie’s studio during the WAVE Interlake Artists’ Studio Tour will experience photography that encourages reflection, wonder, and a fresh perspective on the world around us.

This year she intends to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the WAVE with mystery.
